TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Northern Paws Pet Care. By booking a service through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your pets, our staff, and our business.

SERVICES OFFERED

We provide personalized pet care services, including:

  • Pet Boarding

  • House Sitting

  • Dog Walking

  • Drop-In Visits

  • Pet Loss Grief Support

 

All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

Privacy & Safety

BOOKING & PAYMENT

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements are made in writing.

  • We accept Venmo, PayPal, cash, or check via invoice.

  • Prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the start of service will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be given for early returns or late arrivals.

PET HEALTH & SAFETY

  • All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free of contagious conditions (fleas, ticks, kennel cough, etc.).

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if your pet shows aggressive behavior or poses a safety concern.

  • In the event of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If unreachable, we will seek veterinary care at your expense.

LIABILITY

  • Northern Paws Pet Care is fully insured and Pet CPR & First Aid certified.

  • While every effort is made to ensure your pet’s safety and well-being, Northern Paws Pet Care is not liable for illness, injury, escape, or death due to unforeseen circumstances.

ACCESS TO CLIENT HOMES

  • For in-home services, the client must provide reliable access to the home (key, lockbox, or smart entry).

  • We are not responsible for damages resulting from faulty locks, security systems, or miscommunications regarding access.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your pet(s) and home.

  • You agree to notify us of any behavioral or health concerns prior to service.

SOCIAL MEDIA & PHOTO CONSENT

  • We may take photos of your pets during their stay or visit. These may be used for social media or promotional purposes. Please let us know in writing if you do not consent.

POLICY UPDATES

Northern Paws Pet Care reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
